Don’t expect every blog post to be a culinary wonder – rather, I try to document all the day-to-day cooking that I do, and will tag the special effort dishes ’special’.
I’ll try to rate every recipe to give you an indication how much I really liked it (you might notice that there’s a lot more room downwards than upwards…. yes, I’m still practising…).
